What is Back Order Hold or BOH?

Back-order hold or BOH is one of the statuses of a Profill order. Your order enters this state whenever any of the included line items or SKUs are not in stock.

Once the item is back in stock, and the decoration is complete (if needed) the order transitions from BOH.
